Interview:
Public Speaking with Veronica Walsh
We’re all afraid of something… spiders, flying, heights, cats, mice… the list goes on and on.
But for some people their fears are life-limiting & one of the most debilitating phobias out there is the fear of public speaking.

If you’d like to see how I prepared for the interview by organising my content using Visual Notes / Mind Mapping, listen to the interview while scanning through the below mind map (click on it to open full hi res version) – this exercie will show you how useful is it to prepare using visuals that map key ideas with keywords and imagery and association and colour – all on one page, rather than reams of linear notes with paragraphs of dense text and bullet points (click HERE for my mind map training options if you’d like to learn how to do it yourself, or to book training for your company or organisation or school).
